Will you deal with my client directly?
Only through you, and only if you ask us to. All communication runs through your project lead. We never quote, pitch, or market to your clients, during the project or afterwards. Your client relationship is yours.
Whose name goes on the reports?
Whatever your project requires. We can deliver under your project branding as a subcontractor, or under our own name where an independent specialist report carries more weight, for example in peer reviews or due diligence.
Can you help me cost the groundwater component before I've won the work?
Yes. A conceptual model, conceptual design, and detailed BOQ at proposal stage means you bid on real numbers instead of allowances, and you don’t get squeezed later.
What if the project changes halfway through?
Groundwater projects often do, that’s the nature of drilling into the unknown. We flag risks in the conceptual phase, present alternative approaches upfront, and adjust the design with you rather than surprising you with a variation order.
How involved does my team need to be?
As much or as little as you choose. Some consultants want us fully embedded in their project meetings; others want a clean deliverable on a deadline. Both work.
Do you only do the science, or the physical work too?
Both. We handle the full chain, investigation, design, drilling and construction supervision, testing, treatment design, and long-term operation and monitoring. One partner, no gaps between the report and the borehole.
We have in-house groundwater capacity. Why would we use you?
Most of our consultant partners do. They bring us in for peak workload, specialist components outside their core focus, field capacity, or an independent second opinion. We supplement your team, we don’t replace it.
